Last year, IYF08 brought 6 pro-gamers to San Jose, USA to participate at the Electronic Sports World Cup. This year, our international partner is the uber cool DREAMHACK - the largest digital festival in the world where it's not just about games, but about the amazing celebration of digital lifestyle under one roof in Jankoping, Sweden. DreamHack holds the Guinness Book of Records for the largest LAN-party with over 10,500 computers and 11,500 attendees. That's A LOT OF PEOPLE PLAYING GAMES!!!

So come to Indie Youth Fest 2009 and watch who will represent Malaysia to DreamHack Sweden this year... the season begins 1st August and will end in December 2009.

Indie Youth Fest is divided into two zones:

1. INDIE ZONE is everything indie: Music. Visual Arts. Comics. Film.
2. DIGITAL DELIRIUM ZONE is all things digital: Gadget & Game Xpo; Go International E-sports Cup (GO.esc).
